Chocolate Buttercream Frosting
1 c. butter
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
4 c. powdered sugar
3 T. whipping cream
1 1/2 t. vanilla
Cream your butter until smooth.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Mix until blended.
Add extra powdered sugar in 1/2 c. increments if needed. (Mine was a little runny so I ended up adding an extra cup of powdered sugar.)
(PS - One of my favorite ways to eat this is spread on a graham cracker. :))
