more balance.

I found this list on Pinterest over the weekend and absolutely love it!  (Couldn't find a source for it though...)  This is something I need to print out, laminate, and hang all over my house!  We as a society glorify the idea of being busy all of the time and think highly of individuals who seem to be superhuman and do it all.  Some days I feel stretched so thin, that I don't even take the time to make meals or do things to relax or stay healthy.  Saying yes to making treats for event X and saying yes to teaching something at event Y and saying yes to throwing event Z can be overwhelming.  So here's to balance, saying no when you need a break, and trying your best to do what you can!  

How do you achieve balance in your life?


  1. This list is perfect, such a shame you can't find a source. I need a copy of it in my house too! I hate that feeling that you have no time, it's only recently I've taught myself to let people know I need alone time without feeling selfish. I hope stuff calms down for you soon.

    We can try to do everything on this list, but it's not always going to happen. As long as you do your best, everything will be okay.
